Our Approach We devise interventions to meet individual requirements because we appreciate the unique nature of each organisation. The way we work is to first meet with the manager to discuss what their concerns are and what the most appropriate intervention would be. We then work with the team to facilitate an understanding of what is happening and why by using our skills and training in organisational dynamics and systems theory. A variety of approaches will be used to free people up to have new and wider perceptions. This will include role play, drawing and specific team and group exercises. We aim to help the team to see the organisation as a whole with everyone having a part to play and everyone needing to be involved for the system to function effectively. The consultancy process enables people/teams to recognise their own resources and generate solutions. At the end of the consultancy we will establish, together with the team, what structures, systems of communication and strategies will be needed to help prevent the difficulties from re-occuring.
