Welcome Our organisational consultancy, based in North West and South West London, specialises in team building, team development and reflective practice. Teamwork can be enjoyable and productive but also challenging. When problems do arise it is not always easy for the team, or team manager, to be able to identify what is going on, or what the solution might be. In our organisational consultancy work we help teams and team managers make sense of their difficulties and find ways of resolving them by clarifying underlying problems. We facilitate teams to utilise their own resources, develop reflective practice, foster the ability to recognise and manage difficulties as they arise so that they can work to their full potential. Here are some of the issues that lead people to ask for our help: Staff stress leading to high levels of sickness, absenteeism and high staff turnover. Conflict within or between teams. Low motivation and commitment. Reluctance of teams to engage with organisational change. Poor performance. Tensions with a client group. Problems with difference and bullying.
